How to proceed

  1.  After our initial contact, understanding of your, or your designer’s wishes and expectations, and specifications of the surfaces and furnishings, we will prepare a rendering for your approval. This rendering is a detailed scaled color drawing showing the room in its completed state.

  2. The deposit for the rendering typically represents 5-10% of the entire fee. This deposit will be subtracted from the amount due upon completion of the Art Work.

  3. The completed rendering is submitted along with the proposal. Any modifications can be addressed at that time.

  4. A contract is signed along with the acceptance of the rendering and the proposal.

  5. Deadlines and ageed timeframes will be kept (except in cases of force majeure).

  6. All renderings and completions are completed personally by Hellmuth Dieken.
