The copyright to any
work by H. and H. Dieken and to any sketches, plans, models and illustrations
relative thereto
permanently remains that of H. and H. Dieken. Reproductions are not allowed,
unless with the written
consent of H. and H. Dieken, and
provided that such reproductions are conspicuously marked:
"Copyright H. and H.
Dieken".
2. H. and H. Dieken are authorized to affix their signature to any of their work, in such places and in such manner as they themselves may elect.
3. H. and H. Dieken may photograph the finished Art Work in the spaces in which they are located and to use such photographs for commercial purposes.
4. The recipient assumes costs and liability for all shipments.
5.
Terms of payment:
a) 50% of the fee is due when the order is placed.
b) 40% of the fee is due prior to shipment of the work, or in cases the work is
done on site, 24h prior to completion
of the art work.
c) The remainder (10%) is due at the time the client takes possession of the art
work.
